Use the form or WhatsApp — tell us the day and time, and whether you're booking for one or two riders.

We confirm availability and meeting point
Usually within a few hours. We'll send you the exact meeting pin and a short message from your guide.

Meet your local guide and pick up your e-bike
Quick ride-through on the bikes, helmets on, and the two of you are ready to explore.

Free rescheduling
Plans change — no problem. If you need to reschedule, just let us know at least 24 hours before the tour.
Rain policy
If the weather is too bad to ride, we'll happily move your tour to another day or offer a full refund. Light rain is often still fun.
